Gazam Delivery Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following Delivery options – you will be asked to select a delivering method at checkout. However kindly note that our delivery cost depends on location in Zambia.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday is processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but Gazam do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

How will the delivery be done?
We process most of our deliveries through Gazam Xpress Delivery Courier. As a marketplace, our featured sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers or delivering your order to you themselves.
Does Gazam deliver internationally?
Gazam doesn’t deliver items internationally.
You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Zambia.
Can I Track my Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?
Products sold directly by Gazam are purchased from authorized distributors. Some of the devices are covered under a manufacturer warranty.
We also offer a standard 7 days return policy for eligible items in case you need to make a return.
To return any items bought on Gazam, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy. All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.
